Job Description and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1) Spearhead and provide leadership in building end-to-end Quality Management System and Quality Assurance across the company

2) Build strong quality management infrastructure, process and system in achieving best quality for customers and meeting Quality KPI

3) Align, link, standardize and execute Quality Management strategies, processes and system with Corporate QA

4) Continually drive quality process and verification during early product development/transfer through to continuously quality improvement beyond delivery

5) Communicate and delight customers with quality performances in product and service

6) Build, train and motivate strong QA personnel across the organization

7) Drive and support all effort in developing best QA objectives and practices

Education and Work Experience

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Management or equivalent

- At least 15 years in manufacturing environment with 5 years in managerial position

- Able to work with all levels, self-driven, good leadership and team builder
